Mr. Massimo Prando has been well trained in transportation and automotive design area. He got his Master Degree from Coventry University - England (UK) majored in Automotive Business Industry – Design and Processes. Before that, he got his BA in Transportation Design – Style and Design from European Institute of Design - Turin (Italy). His study area covered all relevant fields of automotive design and car design became Mr. Prando’s life & career passion.

With excellent academic background, Mr. Prando moved into management in the automotive industry to develop new strategies, expanding and planning product portfolio, implement new process (both for design and business), human resource, budgeting, analysis for OEM, Tier 1 and consultancy. He worked as Automotive Designer and Project Leader for Benchmarking & Quality – as well as Marketing Associate at PININFARINA s.p.a. for 6 years.  Later decide to  join TECHNICON DESIGN in London where for 2 years, he consulted for several European and Asian Automotive Group in Styling and Advance Design Department.  With growing experiences he joint ALTRAN Group – the European leader in innovation consulting as manager of Business Manager of Automotive Dept. During his career development, he’s been in charge of positions covering Design, Engineering, Prototyping, Quality Benchmarking and Marketing Research. Mr. Prando joined RTT AG working as General Manager - Head of Business Development & Automotive Consulting – in the Asia Region in early 2008. Since February 2010 he has been working in China to provide professional consultancy services to increase and improve also the China Auto Industry.
